Impact: Please be advised there are issues with Microsoft Teams recordings that is affecting all users in ESNEFT and all Microsoft users.
User impact: Users may experience intermittent failures or delays when starting recording features in Microsoft Teams meetings. More info: Impacted users may notice that after selecting the option to start recording, transcription, or closed captions, the action takes longer than expected to begin or may fail. In some cases, retrying the action may succeed after a delay. Stopping recordings doesn’t appear to be impacted and continues to work as expected.
Microsoft are currently developing and rolling out a fix.

Scheduled Downtime - Blood Transfusion Service - SafeTrace Tx
Details of downtime:
Service Disruption Period: From 10:00 am for approximately 2 hours on Wednesday 29th April 2026.
Non-emergency requests: Will not be processed during this period. Emergency requests: Will continue to be processed as normal. If your patient has blood components available before the downtime period – please collect as usual.
Samples: All urgent requests during downtime must be submitted on paper request forms accompanying a hand labelled sample.
BloodTrack (Blood collection electronic system) BloodTrack will be available during the downtime. Paper-based tracking of blood products will be in place for any units issued during downtime. It is essential that all blood product tags are fully completed and returned to the Blood Transfusion Department.
Planned Procedures: Please carefully consider the impact on patients with planned procedures during the downtime and ensure all requests for blood are made before 9.00 am.
