System Impacted: - ESNEFT Community - SystmOne ICE Printing

A workaround has been put in place to allow staff to print ICE from SystmOne again. If you are still unable to print, please use our self-service portal to log a incident and we can direct your query to the community teams who can assist with this issue.

Impact: Several ESNEFT staff working in community are unable to print from ICE via SystmOne. This is being investigated internally along with 3rd party suppliers.

This is also affecting external providers such as GP Federation & West Suffolk Hospital.
