Due to an issue with the overnight Epic data warehouse processing, some Epic Hyperspace based reports, dashboards and Slicer Dicer models may not have updated overnight. We are currently investigating and working through the issue. Apologies for any in convenience.

We are continuing to work on restoring data from the overnight update

Update on impact: it affects some Radar Dashboards and Reporting Workbench reports accessed within Hyperspace (those which are using real time data should be unaffected), and all Slicer Dicer models.

The nightly update to the Epic data warehouse failed, this has resulted in some issues with reports access through Epic Hyperspace. Users may find that some reports and dashboards are not up to date or that some components within dashboards have an error message on loading. Dashboards affected include (but not limited to) the RTT PTL, Cancer PTL and unreconciled encounters. Slicer dicer is also affected by this issue.

These issues do not affect all reports and dashboards – ones using live data will continue to update. Work queues and worklists within Epic are unaffected and any updates and changes made to records will be reflected in reporting once the restore and updates have completed.

The data warehouse is currently being restored and will then be brought back up to date – we anticipate this to take until late afternoon 5 December.
